As well as the usual few obligatory formal pictures, you captured just the sort of informal ones we were after – not easy with guests wandering off to admire the gardens and lots of small children, including our own 2 year old twins! I still don’t know how you managed to get all four of us wriggly children looking at the camera and smiling in the wonderful picture you took at the end of the session – everyone loves that one! I met Jacqui at a Wedding Fair, l liked the way she listened to what l was saying, l did not want a lot of traditional photos (l know you have to have family one's etc) but l wanted it to be more modern. Jacqui showed me her album where all the photos where scanned onto it and all the little details she had added around the main pictures it was just what l wanted. Jacqui came to our house within a couple of days and showed my husband and we agreed we would like Jacqui to do our wedding pictures. We then met Jacqui at our wedding Venue and walked round the grounds and inside and talked about different shots etc, one particular shot that l love is a great big tree set in the grounds not only did Jacqui take a picture of us under it she made it a double page in the album and also inserted a picture of us in the top right hand corner it's lovely. Jacqui was round within a week of us coming back from our honeymoon to show us the album on the laptop where we could change anything but l have to say we did not change a thing it was perfect. I would recommend Jacqui to anyone after all, your photos are all you have left with your memories and l will be looking at the album over and over again.

Jacqui has done some great product shots for use on our website. She provided the images in 3 different formats so that we could use them on the website, for publication and PR, to create sales banners for the website and for use in adverts and newsletters. As a professional opera singer I am required to have a variety of eye-catching and up to date portfolio of pictures, on demand, including the typical 'actor head shots'. I went to Jacqui with a clear image in my mind of what I wanted and she was happy to recieve ideas preshoot, so she could deliver exactly what I needed. From the outset, she was extremely professional and exceedinly helpful - having transport problems, not coming from this area, she offered to collect me and drop me back to the station, which was most convenient for me, and always had excellent communication in regards to meeting times, further thoughts about the shoot and any other queries I had. She not only made me feel immediately at ease, as from experience these photographic sessions can be a little nervy, but she had considered all logistics and had arranged for our shoot to start in a beautiful park which was completely in-keeping with what I was after; She went out of her way to tailor and make the shoot different for me. She had many an excited idea and I felt comfortable with putting my input in as well, which I think is important when working with a fellow artist. She was fun, relaxed and allowed my to see the pictures as soon as they were taken on her camera, so I could request a different angle or setting if necessary. Our shoot then made it's way to Jacqui's home, where once more, she made me feel very relaxed and incredibly hospitable. There was no rush and she took her time to get everything just right, which undoubtedly made it feel a lot more personal. She was inventive and creative when it came to my head shots and was very keen to get a mixture of expressions and poses, so we could agree on what worked best. After we had decided we had enough images, she then showed me all of them together on a large TV screen. Having uploaded them it was wonderful to see at the end what a few hard hours of work had produced. I was distinctly impressed with her flexibility to cater to the effects and colour changes I wanted on the pictures and had excellent idea's of her own to add variety and a sense of uniqueness. She was very prompt in releasing to photofs for me to look at online and provided and excellent deal for the whole photographic package, knowing a lot about photographers in my industry, I was very impressed with Jacqui's affordability, without comprimising quality. Because of this I have now referred her to a friend of mine who is getting married and to a fellow colleague for similar shots. Jacqui was professional and inspiring with a gifted and artisic eye for photography - she made me feel comfortable and confident in our shoot and yet with her expert demeanour, she was a delight and fun person to work with. I shall continue to recommend JB Photography to all my professional collegues and friends...
